Day 1: This seminar includes a questionnaire and interpretation of the four personality types, their strengths and their Achilles Heel. Participants will learn how to use their strengths and overcome or transform their Achilles Heel in order to become successful in their relationships, develop better communication skills, and achieve a higher level of productivity in all aspects of their lives. This interactive workshop will have people laughing, learning, and leaving with a sense of accomplishment. The many exercises will prepare people to apply what they have learned immediately, so that they can begin to receive the benefits when they walk out the door.
Day 2: Understanding and Relating to Communication Preferences: The goal of this seminar is to utilize the comprehensive PeopleMap Communication System to enhance teamwork through the organization. This seminar takes the skills learned in Day 1 and provides an opportunity to use and play with them in a safe learning environment.
This can be done in an all day seminar, three 2-hour seminars or two 3-hour seminars; 6 hours total. Material fee includes questionnaire, workbook and the book, "The PeopleMap: Understanding Yourself and Others," by E. Michael Lillibridge, PhD, developer of the PeopleMap.
