As pastors of churches you
carry an incredible weight and responsibility for the
development of a healthy and growing congregation. For
thirteen years I shouldered this responsibility at the
First Baptist Church of LeRoy, and I understand how
important and time consuming this labor is.
For the last few years I have been leading workshops and
retreats. My passion and call is to complement and share
the responsibility of congregational development with
pastors like you and to strengthen the body of Christ for
its mission.
In addition to the workshops, I have sought training and
earned certification in Spiritual Direction, Life Coaching
and PeopleMap Training. Pastors or individuals who are
seeking a deeper spiritual life can benefit from spiritual
direction. Coaching can be used in a variety of ways both
with individuals and boards or committees to help them
reach their goals, set priorities, develop a vision or
learn new skills.
PeopleMap Training is a personality assessment of 7
questions that is 90% accurate to the 168 question Myers
Briggs Type Indicator. The beauty of the PeopleMap, besides
its brevity, is that the 4 core personality types are easy
to understand and learn making it immediately applicable.
Using PeopleMap skills congregations, companies, and
individuals develop better communication and understanding
of each other.
